PC's on my latest Chest run...near perfect items
  *this is the 3rd req13 hornbow ive gotten...all 3 with perfect fortitude mods....each time i salvaged them, i got the other mod.....or in the most recent case, i got 17 wood planks  should i buy a superior salvage kit instead of an expert one? b/c im getting sick of losing such good mods

I believe a perfect version of what you have was bought out for 250k on High End. Since it's 1% off, divide the price by 10...
